Tomas von Brömssen had an immediate breakthrough throughout Scandinavia as the scrap dealer's son Herbert in the TV series Albert&Herbert in 1976. Since then, he has been in constant demand and seems to have an unerring ability to make his way all the way to the heart of the audience. Here are some highlights from a unique and fantastic career:

Tomas has performed a number of roles at Folkteatern in Gothenburg, including the title roles in Tok-Alfred and Peer Gynt. He has been a circus clown and done children's programs such as Bulleribock and Harry & Larry. He was last seen in the musical monologue Kontrabasen at Lisebergsteatern in Gothenburg, a revival of the show that sold out at Göteborgs Stadsteater a few years ago.

Some of Brömssen's greatest successes have been his own revues. The first was Tomas revue, also at Lisebergsteatern. The show ran to sold-out houses for two years before moving on to Folkan in Stockholm and Chat Noir in Oslo. The sequels Tomas Revy II & III were also great successes in both Sweden and Norway. In 2007 came another revue at Lisebergsteatern, Återkomsten, and finally Tomas's last revue in 2015.

There has been a lot of film and TV, including Mannen från Mallorca , Mitt liv som hund, and the Norwegian Sophie's World. He won a Guldbagge for his role in Bo Widerberg's Lust och fägring stor, and was nominated for a Guldbagge for his role in Ormens väg på Helleberget. On TV, he has played the tobacconist Blomgren in Saltön in 2005, 2007 and 2010.

Tomas has always had a great love of music. In his own performances and revues, music and musicians have always played an important role. Music is what first and foremost enticed him to take part in Men, Pappa!

Evelyn Jons is a multi-faceted singer and artist from Gothenburg. She performs with symphony orchestras in both Norway and Sweden, plays her own shows, performs in musicals on stages in Sweden and Norway, and writes and publishes her own music.
This spring she released her second album, "Hur kan vi sova nu", which is the sequel to "Världens största man" from 2021.

Basically, Evelyn is a musical artist, and for 15 years she has performed musical roles in Norway, Sweden and Finland. In recent years, she has been a soloist with the major orchestras in Scandinavia on several occasions. In addition to her soloist roles, she creates her own thematic concerts. Jons is behind both the script and direction, most recently portraying the legendary Nadia Boulanger in the dramatized concert "La Boulangerie". Previously, she has been behind the successful "An Evening with George Gershwin", "Musical, Musical!", "New York" and "Björn&Benny".

Evelyn's first solo production, "It's a shame I became beautiful instead of rich", was performed more than 90 times and the follow-up "My Blue Rhapsody", based on George Gershwin's music, was commissioned by the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra and has been performed in many concert halls in Sweden. For her two most recent solo shows, "Bortom din Horisont" and "Min kompis Terje", she has written both text and music. For Göteborgsoperan, she has written the script for the Christmas show "Julglitter och Operakaos", which was performed in both 2021 and 2022.

For Evelyn, it is a dream come true to work with Tomas. He has somehow always been present in her life as a "cuddly child", and around Tomas you know that important meetings between those on stage and those in the auditorium occur almost magically.
