Foajékonsert: Suoni Big Band

With roots dating back to the 1960s, Suoni Big Band has a long tradition of filling the stage with true big band joy, musical energy and a rich soundscape.

The big band is part of the Suoni Music Association in Skien and has been an active part of the city's musical life over the years. The audience can look forward to the classic big band ensemble with wind instruments, accompaniment and powerful arrangements - from swinging big band classics to newer and more modern expressions.

Suoni Big Band has been on stage at a number of concerts and events, including several times at Ibsenhuset . Common to the concerts is the joy of playing, enthusiasm and the love of big band music. When Suoni Big Band brings together the musicians, everything is set for a morning with a good atmosphere, strong musical moments and the very special energy that only a big band can create.

Foyer concerts

On selected Saturdays, always at 12:00, you are invited to a free concert, this time in the Peer Gynt Hall. There will be various entertainment, sales of coffee and "nogo attåt" and not least a pleasant social gathering. See all the concerts here .
