Høy og Mørk is a show packed with stand-up, music and parodies, and we can promise that you will laugh out loud when John and Terje delve into topics such as tall, dark power-hungry leaders, emergency preparedness, generational conflicts and the fear of suddenly being the eldest in the family.

Why would anyone want to change the world after turning 75? Was life less complicated in the 80s and 90s? And can you fake your way through most of life? Terje and John address some of the big and important questions in life – but also things you didn't know you needed answers to.

John Brungot is one of Norway's most sought-after comedians and has extensive experience from both stage, TV and film. He has won the award "TV Comedian of the Year" at the Komiprisen and has appeared in comedy programs such as "Torsdag Kveld Fra Nydalen", "Nårje" and "Søstrene ser på TV". John has also been a presenter for several major TV successes. John can currently be seen in "Humoretaten" on NRK.

Terje Sporsem is one of the country's most popular stand-up comedians and has put on several solo shows that have received top ratings and are still regularly shown on NRK. He also has a long television career behind him and has been a host for a number of programs and has also made a name for himself as a participant in several popular concepts. He has been awarded the "Stå opp-prisen" (Stand Up Award) and has been nominated for the Komipris Award many times. Terje will celebrate 30 years as a comedian in 2026.
