Welcome to the foyer concert with Aslak Pedersen and his "Enchanted in Blue". It will be a small fireworks of a concert when French elegance from Poulenc and Fauré meets Prokofiev's rhythmic drive. Be enchanted by Dukas's adventurous tale of The Sorcerer's Apprentice , and then step into New York's jazz clubs with Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue .

Aslak Pedersen is a classical pianist from Skien with education from the Music Conservatory in Tromsø and the University of Agder. He has participated in several master classes and music festivals in Norway, as well as being a participant at the Kirishima International Music Festival in Japan. He has a long and broad experience as a soloist, accompanist, and chamber musician, and is on tour this spring with three different programs consisting of works by, among others, Schubert, Mozart, Bach, Beethoven, Liszt, and Albéniz.
Foyer concerts
On selected Saturdays, always at 12:00, you are invited to a free concert in the foyer of Ibsen House. There will be various entertainment, sales of coffee and "nogo attåt" and not least a pleasant social gathering. See all the concerts here .
