Vinsmaking hos Henrik & Kompani

Lisa Dall'est from the family-run Prosecco winery, Ghisolana, is coming to visit us this evening. In addition to presenting her wines, she also brings wines from one of the neighboring vineyards, namely Pat del Colmèl, from which we have just started importing wines. The kitchen prepares a few different small dishes that we share together, and we will also taste 5 wines, both bubbles, white and red.
