Shine on You – In the flesh

Since 2017, Pink Floyd tribute band Shine On You has played to sold-out crowds in both Norway and Sweden. On Friday 21.5 they will be coming to Skien and Ibsenhuset .

Shine On You prides itself on capturing the richness of detail in Pink Floyd's soundscape and visual expression. The goal is always to get as close to their idols in Pink Floyd as possible when performing works from the legendary band's extensive catalog. With an eye for the small details and a genuine respect for the craftsmanship behind Pink Floyd's amazing concept albums and live shows, Shine On You has thrilled audiences with spectacular light shows and accompanying video material at cultural centers and theaters around Norway and Sweden.

Among many highlights, the band has performed Atom Heart Mother Suite with orchestra, soloists and choir in the venerable Hamardomen. They have played to a sold-out Stora Teatern in Gothenburg, as well as made several visits to cultural centers in Norway and Sweden where large parts of Dark Side of The Moon, Wish You Were Here and The Wall have been performed. The last time they were in Grenland they sold out Ælvespeilet in Porsgrunn. On 21.5 they play in Skien.
