Wine tasting and 3-course Brunch with Lisa from Ghisolana. She will tell you about her Prosecco winery, and the wines that her family produces there. In addition, we will taste 3 wines from another winery in the same area, Pat del Colmèl, which is known for both quality and for cultivating local, old grape varieties. We will taste 5 wines, both sparkling, white and red. The kitchen serves a delicious 3-course menu that matches the wines.
