Vinsmaking med Ghisolana og Pat del Colmèl

We are very much looking forward to a visit from Lisa Dall'est, from the small family-run and biodynamic Prosecco farm in Monfumo. Here the family produces both Prosecco and sparkling Rosé wine. In addition, they have a fantastic restaurant, grow vegetables and offer rooms and apartments for tourists.
This time Lisa has also invited her neighbor, Alice from the Pat del Colmèl winery. This is a very well-known winery, which produces both white, red and sparkling wines. So we are very proud to have these two beautiful ladies visit.
This evening we will enjoy a 3-course menu, with wines from two unique vineyards. There will be a lecture and tasting of 6 different wines.
