Riksteatret: Frida

"Frida" is a tribute to Frida Kahlo's colorful life, a family performance like you rarely experience in theater.
Join us on a journey you will never forget! As an audience member, you will be equipped with headphones, and through them Frida's voice will take you to her home in the heart of Mexico. You won't just sit still, but together with Frida you will draw, exercise, dance and prepare for a party with her family. And maybe you will hear secrets - you must not tell them to anyone!

The performance is loved by both children and adults, and has been nominated for two Hedda awards, for best children's performance and best direction. Katrine Strøm and KATMA are behind it. For many years they have created groundbreaking theater for children and young people by inviting the audience into magical spaces of exploration, wonder and empathy. We look forward to inviting you into Frida's world!
