Det Betales: 50 år med The Beatles

Det Betales from Drammen, fronted by Tor Henning Olsen, will go on its 50th anniversary tour in 2026.

This is the band that has played over 50 concerts at The Cavern Club in Liverpool. And the same band that has been proclaimed by The Beatles manager Alan Williams as "The best Beatles tribute band in the world". Not because they look like the originals, but because they have energy, musicality, humor and, not least, a genuine love for the music they play.

Now Tor's son Joachim is also established as a vocalist in the band, which adds youthful freshness. The band's regular members have been with the band since 1999, and
together they have developed their own style and interpretation of the songs.

The band has performed several concerts with symphonic orchestras around the country and achieved the 6-pointer several times. The band performs all the greatest Beatles hits, such as
"Twist & shout", "She loves you", "A ticket to ride", "Help, A Hard days night", "Yesterday", "Penny Lane", "Hey Jude", "All you need is love" and many other well-known songs.
