In the winter of 1984, a nervous 14-year-old, Åge Sten Nilsen, made his stage debut at "Folkets Hus" in Sarpsborg. Much water has been clean in the sea since then. "Folkets Hus" has changed its name to "Sarpsborg Scene" and the nervous 14-year-old has become one of Norway's most
funneled musicians and artists.
Now 40 years later, he is back on stage and will look back on a career that started with the band "Slaves of Tomorrow" and continued with e.g. The NRK series "Rondoservitørene", vocalist and frontman in Rock and MGP winners Wig Wam, "Scandinavia's greatest Freddie Mercury interpreter" in the Queen tribute "The show must go on", his own band Ammunition, musical roles and acclaimed solo albums with self-composed music. The merit list is long!
Now Åge Sten Nilsen is coming to Ibsenhuset with a full band and invites you to a trip "down memory lane".
